Oh my heart is breaking tonight. Our beloved camper van - which we had restored from the chassis up, choosing every single detail over a four-month restoration - is to be sold.
We drove him for the very last time at the weekend, then gave him back to the guys we bought him from and I'm not ashamed to say that I waved goodbye through streaming tears.
So in true 'This is your Life' style, Dennis - here's a little round-up of your life with us. Thank you for the wonderful memories you have created for our boys, thank you for the petrol-hair, the bumpy rides and all the grins we had from passers-by whenever we drove you. Your journey from 1970's Australia to the Oxfordshire countryside has been one we have been honoured to share and you'll always, always hold the very dearest place in all of our hearts.

I could add many more photographs to this post, but I'll spare you all! I'll write a post for another day explaining why we've had to let him go, but for now - gin.
